The color palette of the seventies is given an important place in the collection, shades such as True Navy, Sunflower and Crimson represent the spirit of the times. The zebra and camouflage print, the first two designs that ever adorned an All Star, are also part of the vintage collection.
Five times different
At first glance, these 1970s All Stars look like the ones we’ve always worn, but some details are different. The use of materials in particular is surprising, but some differences also disappear in the finish. The shoe on the left is a classic All Star Ox, the shoe on the right is from the seventies collection. Do you see the differences?
The five differences are: the higher sole, an extra stitching, the black patch on the heel, 100% cotton laces and the use of higher quality, thicker canvas (agree, you can’t see the last two in the photo).
