The ingredients found in delicious yogurt bread are certainly found in almost every home kitchen and are not difficult to make at all. The delicacy is created in an instant!

You can adjust the nutritional value of the delicacy yourself according to your own choices: you can replace wheat bread with a slightly darker one and use sugar-free yoghurt instead. Instead of berries, different fruits also work, for example peaches taste wonderful when fried! You can also try flavored yoghurts in the recipe, but then do not add vanilla or cinnamon, depending on your taste.

Tip! Try making yogurt breads for Easter brunch and substituting fruit wildly for raisins. The sweet dessert, on the other hand, is created by replacing chocolate granules.

And I’m not going to taste these heavenly yogurt breads! See the ingredients you need and the easy recipe below.

You need:

8 slices of white bread
2 dl unflavoured yoghurt (eg Greek)
2 eggs
Honey
Cinnamon
Vanilla sugar or flavor
Berries, fruit
(If you want syrup on top)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the yogurt, egg and spices in a bowl (to your liking).
  2. Press the center of the bread slices into the pit so that the edges are up and without holes in the bottom.
  3. Pour the yogurt filling into the well.
  4. Sprinkle the desired amount of berries or chopped fruit on top of the filling.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes until the breads have a beautiful toasted surface.
  6. Garnish with warm sandwiches with syrup stripes if desired.
